What do you like best about WP Engine? User Interface is well thought out and intuitive. Customer support is incredible! What do you dislike about WP Engine? Nothing! Easily utilizing CDN's, Their backup system makes keeping archives & backups a breeze.

The user interface feels slightly unintuitive to me, but that's probably because I'm bouncing between hosts often throughout the day.
