Excellent Customer Service. Above and Beyond, Very Happy!
Matt Cosmo and Mark Randall helped me complete a Request for Clarification proposal from a last minute call to them and were able to put together an excellent overview and response to the prospective clients questions. They literally took care of it straight away as we had a deadline looming of 3 1/2 hours away so I was super grateful for their help. Absolute crooks, avoid avoid avoid!
Absolute crooks! avoid these clowns! Been with them for 4+ years, have 6 sites with them. Their sales guys saw an opportunity to pitch a 'free' upgrade trial (beware the free lunch, of course), promised it was low touch/minimum to no changes required, we agreed, then the rath of additional changes came flying thick and fast, it was clear it was not seamless, nor straight forward, neither were they forth coming with the actual cost. WP Engine is the #1 Hosting Company
WP Engine is great. We run WP services agency and are migrating everyone we can over. Customer service is the best I’ve seen and the hosting performance is amazing. Evercache is very useful. All of our clients have their performance issues solved by switching to WP Engine.
