What do you like best about WorkStep? Bringing new applicants to an interview that is scheduled by the application. As the recruiter, I can set predetermined times when I am available to meet an applicant at a given location.

What do you like best about WorkStep? We have consistently found our skilled technicians through WorkStep and have been able to execute "interview days", the majority of which had perfect attendance. Additionally, the overall flow is easy and moves well.
