User-friendly Office Based Social Network
What do you like best? Workplace by Facebook has an interface that is based off of Facebook's design which makes it easy to understand and navigate dues to everyone's familiarity with Facebook. There plenty of functions to allow fun and productive ways to connect to chat or transfer ideas such as groups, polls, and anouncements. What do you dislike? It's a bit plain and could use more options and features to customize the appearance and layout. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great tool to connect co-workers
What do you like best? I like that you can have anything such as events, employee highlights, and comments on the things that are happening within your business all in one place. You can create surveys for things like potlucks or events happening at your branches. What do you dislike? I dislike that sometimes it can be looked at as unprofessional. Unless you change settings so employees cannot comment unless approved, it can be scary to have anyone post anything. Recommendations to ...

Workplace is Facebook for Work
What do you like best? I like that Workplace is basically Facebook, for professionals. Since I already use Facebook that made it much easier for me to use, and I like being able to keep people I work with out of my personal account but still be connected to them. What do you dislike? Not much, works great, just like Facebook. If you don't like Facebook, you wont like Workplace. Recommendations to others considering the product: Workplace is great for connecting to your coworkers ...

Useful in some cases
What do you like best? I like the multiple groups, ease of use, recognizability/familiarity (similar to regular Facebook platform. What do you dislike? I don't think it's used as frequently as other mediums. Sometimes there are too many notifications in a 5k person company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a good resource for employee engagement and communication. Subgroups also help with employee culture.

Workplace is Powerful Collaboration and Networking Tool
What do you like best? A few things that are hard to pick from, honestly. First would be the interface. Any Facebook users will immediately be at home as Workplace is essentially Facebook, re-skinned and given a slightly different color palette. This curbs any spin up time as you hit the ground running with a platform you are already familiar with. In addition, the ability to use Workplace for real-time brainstorming with folks that are spread around the world is very handy. Sharing ...

Better than our intranet
What do you like best? We recently launched Workplace and I love the ease of use. If you know how to use Facebook, you can easily use Workplace. I also like that we can share and upload files and see who's seen documents that are in a revisionary process. What do you dislike? I wish you could upload multiple files at once rather than one at a time. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a really good tool and one that folks will adapt to quickly based on their ...

Great Tool!
What do you like best? I like how everyone is free to share about themselves but it's not linked to your personal Facebook account. It makes it easier to concentrate on group management. What do you dislike? I really like this tool, and there isn't anything I dislike about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication is much easier on Workplace than other methods used (group texts, Facebook groups, ect.

A great way to create to bring a wordwide company together
What do you like best? As almost everyone has a Facebook Account, Workplace on a first glance seems very friendly and familiar environment and makes you interact with people from your company that you normaly don't talk everyday. What do you dislike? Groups by default notifies you about every single post, and also the News Feed can be quite distractive. You'll need to setup your account to reduce many notifications to not distract you from work. Recommendations to others considering ...

Great company collaboration tool.
What do you like best? The whole organization uses workplace to collaborate on projects, share information, and also just feel closer. What do you dislike? Workplace chat is still massively offset by better (and unfortunately older and not as good tools out there. Make it more like slack/hipchat and I think you'll see greater adoption. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? improved visibility across the organization. Better collaborative ...
