Easy and accessible
What do you like best? Facebook is easy and accessible to use, and using the workplace platform is engaging for people who are ready have existing accounts. Easy to use Workplace
What do you like best? Able to view certain groups at any time. What do you dislike? The ability to add lots of groups by employees. Which then becomes too inundated with information What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to resolve questions about our in fight service standards

Facebook at work
What do you like best? I really enjoy this for company announcement and socializing with other team members across the country. What do you dislike? It would be great if the groups within this were more organized. Also if there was another way to implement company use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating a community across the company as a whole.

Great for large organizations, easy to use
What do you like best? Workplace is very easy to use, because it's so similar to Facebook. You can join groups based on departments, interests, and control how much notifications you're getting when people post. I get a daily digest of posts I'm interested in so I only log in if I want to comment or check something out. What do you dislike? It's an app and a browser-based interface, so it's not useful for in-the-moment conversations. For that we are still using skype group chats or ...

What do you like best? It keeps all of the coworkers together like a family. Just like Facebook pretty much What do you dislike? I haven't found any negatives.
