Love this program
What do you like best? This program is very helpful in my job role as a paralegal. I am able to use it to try to locate clients that we are having trouble finding and communicate with other paralegals. What do you dislike? It is pretty user friendly but it is a shame that it costs money even though it is a pretty basic chat tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It can make it easier to communicate

Unsung tools for an organization.
What do you like best? Very useful tool to organize large teams, the features are very similar to Facebook, which allows people to start using the tool right away without any learning curve. The group tools is very useful when one wants to separate different teams and their internal rules. What do you dislike? Facebook at Work
What do you like best? I love the ease of the program! It flows very well and it helpful when assisting customers via Facebook, as it is a very important platform today. What do you dislike? I dislike that the name has been changed, although I understand it happens. I don't particularly dislike anything about the use of the program, just the rebranding because we had to change a lot of material internally. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Workplace in healthcare system
What do you like best? Workplace provides a way to remain connected with employees who work at different sites, through sharing updates as well as resources. What do you dislike? It can have a slightly less professional feel to it, given how much it echoes Facebook, and could be used fairly informally particularly by younger employees without specific guidance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it to centralize documents ...
