Great tool for departmental communication!

What do you like best? The fact that you can share things relevant to your department with everyone in your department is awesome. What do you dislike? Not many people seem to use this program yet, so sometimes it feels limited. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You can instantly share things within your department or instant message someone in your group to avoid having to give out cell phone numbers or having to call them every time ...

Workplace at Work

What do you like best? I like the ability to collaborate and work on projects in realtime with my colleagues. It is my first time using the product and I have found that over time I was less interesting in using it but the features it provides are very appreciated such as chat, sending files, and notifications that pop up from my colleagues. What do you dislike? I don't like that sometimes it can become chatty like the real Facebook. The part that I think companies have to work on is ...

Workplace by Facebook review

What do you like best? This is a great collaboration tool for the many 'groups' and projects being held at work. Often times, people need to be informed, but not actively part of weekly meetings, so having this tool compartmentalizes the communications and may limit some of the meetings needed. What do you dislike? Because is is so much like facebook, people tend to forget the correct business etiquette for what to post where. At first, you were being added to a lot of groups and ...

This has been a great platform to communicate with all employees

What do you like best? We can communicate with everyone at once or as individuals. We can set up multiple groups and share allot of information. What do you dislike? Cannot think of anything I dislike except I wish it would integrate somehow with facebook. I don't like having multiple apps to have to go through. It would be nice to have a link directly in FB. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it and use it! We really like this product and it is still free! I ...

Facebook for Work.. works!

What do you like best? Almost everyone has a Facebook account. By using Facebook for Work, there is nothing new to learn. It is exactly the same as normal Facebook. What do you dislike? There is no Messenger style smart phone application for the messages send and received on Facebook for Work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Because everyone already knows how to use Facebook, no one needs to be extensively trained on how to use this ...

Working "together" at a distributed organization

What do you like best? I love the ability to multitask with people and quickly assemble groups for calls and video chats. This is a very powerful tool that helps you function as a team yet work at a distance from each other. What do you dislike? At times the search capability seems weak. As you get a long string in a Work Chat finding things via various "keys" has proven unreliable at times. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it, you will like it. What problems ...

FB is Necessary

What do you like best? I like and appreciate the demographics to know what audience I am engaging. What do you dislike? At times, the information can be difficult to discern. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would use it to discern the voice that you want for your brand. Use the analytics to tap into your audience.
