Always connected

What do you like best? I enjoy I am able to connect with my coworkers during the day especially when someone is in need of quick information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We wanted expedited efficient communication.

An amazing way to stay organized without anxiety!

What do you like best? I love that the emails go away until I'm ready to see them again! Set the "remind me" and no need to have them marked as unread or in a to do folder. I love the fact that I can schedule emails to send at a later time, set up read receipts and track percentage opened. What do you dislike? It can be tricky to get to work on some platforms, not compatible with mobile use. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's relatively inexpensive, especially ...

Excellent tool when used for DevOps/ChatOps

What do you like best? Having a relatively advanced DevOps team, we have configured a slack bot to use chat ops to spin up VMs, Active Directory roles and other functions. Seems to overlap with other Chat tools when used for communication with coworkers Recommendations to others considering the product: Having a good DevOps/PlatformOps team that can design and config chatops bots makes it super useful. What do you like best? The familiar UI and mechanics of Facebook are effortless to pick up for people who have used Facebook. Even for those unfamiliar, Facebook's UI has evolved over the 15 years of it's existence and all those lessons were applied to Workplace. Searching works amazingly well. Hashtagging is a very useful tool for sorting the many posts that will float about once adoption rates go up. You can share more file types in Workplace than on Facebook, so PDFs, documents ...

Adequate, not as intuitive as I'd like

What do you like best? While Workplace by Facebook has the same functionality as Facebook itself, while having the added benefit as being separated from your person FB page, it does take some getting used to. The Admin seems to be "all powerful" and most of the changes need to come from him or her. I have no idea if this is a feature that can change. Sometimes polls get a little garbled/rearranged, as well. However, it's great to have as an app to keep up, especially on the road. What do ...

Not easy to gain access. Not easy to load to mobile device. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to share ideas on new promotions and best practices.
