So instead of having different private groups on Facebook, (which there still are some team groups we are now able to have open groups/chats/pages with workplace to answer business questions without the interruption of everyday Facebook. What do you like best? Almost everything in facebook is present in workspace with a more closed environment. What do you dislike? There are certain content formats such as documents needed for sharing among team mates which are not supported directly. What do you like best? It's a great substitute for a workplace, and we use it to keep up with a lot of internal company comms that would be too much for Slack. I like that it mimics FB in all ways, and it helps us keep connected in a more social way than we might of if we relied on Slack entirely. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Workplace provides a place to communicate and engage employees in ways that is inefficient or awkward with email. What do you dislike? The event tool is much too basic. Other than that, most problems are not with the program, but with some managers' perception that employees would only use this to "goof around."
