Not worth the cost
What do you like best? It's a familiar platform that most are comfortable using. What do you dislike? Besides messaging it's does not provide resources comprehensive business resources that I had hoped for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication but that can be done elsewhere.

Like the Facebook version for corporate
What do you like best? New Interaction platform with your own colleagues over an improved social platform. Look and feel is like facebook but more inclined towards company terms of use. All options for Chatting, calling and settings are just like the facebook has. Notifications are sligtly different and seems like Facebook old release. New innovation in sharing the knowledge. Great Social collaboration in company
What do you like best? Ability to interact with your co-workers easily. Login using company single sign on which is a great Security and Authentication. Chatting, Sharing videos, posts and photo are similar to facebook but controlled usage to company with company policy. It has a vision o creating workplace as knowledge base so that employees could interact each other for a problem and solution. This will increase collaboration between employees with no efforts. Great start of social interaction
What do you like best? Real time sharing, chatting and commenting with in pre-specified group of our company users. It gives us feel of social media while applying a boundary of company policies. It has legally allowed to discuss company related issues or posts over social media on workplace. Work as knowledge sharing tool as well. What do you dislike? Workplace is Facebook for work!
What do you like best? I am used to the social media interface and interactions that regular Facebook provides (as most people are, so this extension is easily integrated into our office. No one has problems using it i.e. No tech support is required. It also allows us to communicate in a way that we normally do with friends outside of work. Great way to communicate with a group or team!
What do you like best? It's easy to push our team's stats out to a group of agents - all parties can interact with each other so it's suuuper easy to share info with more than one person at a time. What do you dislike? Has a social media feel for it, which makes it intuitive but feels elementary in a corporate settings. What do you like best? Requires minimal training since the layout is basically that of regular Facebook, saves time in the long run What do you dislike? I dislike that it is only with premium that you have access to a former employee’s content What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems with attendance and disrupted collaboration. We have realized that Facebook is more convenient and a more feasible option

What do you like best? Able to get more information out to entire staff. What do you dislike? People sometimes forget this is a work platform. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to get all staff signed up and on board. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our organizational chart shows up. People can ask for mutual assistance and we even go through our lost and found process on there.
