Great work culture

What do you like best? It's a great way for our company, cross country, to communicate and share articles relevant to our business. We have really enjoyed the ability for our users to comment on posts and share thoughts. What do you dislike? It's becoming a distraction. There is a lot of social posts more than business. some users end up treating like their personal facebook. I also wish the timeline was much better. It's isn't chronological, most just what is more relevant to ...

A familiar concept but feels too close to home

What do you like best? The product makes a lot of sense. It's familiar and easy to use. If you've used Facebook, you can use their work product. What do you dislike? It's strength is it's same weakness. Personal life and work life seem blurred; while your social and professional profile are separate and require no connection, it feels uncomfortable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Workplace collaboration and unified communication space.

A great way to bring employees together for discussion

What do you like best? We use our Workplace setup as a hub for both work, and non-work, related discussion. We have groups that are specific to teams/departments/projects and tend to stay very work and industry focused, and then we also have some more laid-back groups where employees with common interests and hobbies can meet others with those interests and discuss. A good platform to exchange thoughts at work

What do you like best? It maintains the same look and feel as the original Facebook itself and so it does not take time to get used to it. What do you dislike? I would like a dark theme to be a part of it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Earlier we used Google plus which was a pain to get used to. Workplace by Facebook has made it much easier to convey ideas, share knowledge etc. and get others along the same page.
