I picked up this program with ease, as the workings and features are almost a carbon copy of what is available on Facebook social network : a platform I have now used for a decade. What do you like best? I love that I didn't feel like I had to learn a whole new system. Everything works just like personal Facebook does, but, of course, it's only seen by people I work with. Great for social sharing, horrible as an internal chat

What do you like best? This software does not meet my needs or the needs of my team. GIFs are fun, but a complete time-waster. I would never recommend this product to anyone in a business setting. Great platform for team collaboration and content sharing

What do you like best? Because most people are familiar with Facebook for their personal lives, it's requires little to no training to get widespread adoption of Workplace by Facebook across teams and even the whole company. It works seamlessly across both mobile and desktop.
