Good collaboration tool
What do you like best? I like the new UI which is more intuitive. The free plan is a plus as well. What do you dislike? Wish there's a project management feature. As of now, we can create groups and invite clients and vendors but it's not a true PM tool. If we could do this in Workplace it'll save us time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try. It's easy to use and has good communications and collaboration features. What problems are you solving ...

Workplace offers a professional setting for Facebook
What do you like best? It removes the unwanted social aspect of facebook and allows you to conduct an easy to use team platform that everyone can interact in, along with specific groups, postings, etc. It's a very easy tool and a no brainer. What do you dislike? The only annoyance is the requirement of two different apps for the workplace and the messenger. If you want to have the full flight of apps for both Facebook and Workplace you are looking at four apps. That's an unnecessary ...

Review for Workplace by Facebook
What do you like best? I think this is a very cool idea. Facebook is a very well used social media platform, so making a business version of it and catered specifically to your company is very cool. I like how this was very similar to the UI and functionality of actual Facebook, so this was very easy to learn how to use. What do you dislike? I believe the home page is too cluttered. There are too many things on it-- news feed, group suggestions, friends list, instant messaging, ...

The fact that it is basically Facebook for work makes it really easy to use.
What do you like best? I like the software more because it is easy to use and the user interface is familiar. We can also work together with its chat and video call functions. It's great, since we can chat and use Facebook software with our employees. What do you dislike? I can say all about its inconveniences. If only they can assign a task to a team member where we can assign a task. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is true that this can be used for ...

Love this app. Whole organization uses it.
What do you like best? I love that it is basically just like Facebook so you can share articles and documents by phone. It can be fun as well as productive. What do you dislike? I dislike the ease of uploading documents and sharing them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving our communication problem. Many times it’s hard to stay in touch being spread out over different locations.

Great way to connect with coworkers
What do you like best? It takes the UI of facebook and allows for coworkers to connect through a similar experience without directly interfacing with their actual social media profiles, which helps maintain a professional distance but great camaraderie. What do you dislike? When the company I worked for got bought out, we no longer were able to use it to connect to our former parent company. It's not a problem with Workplace per se, but we were still partially owned by our parent ...
