Update UX and dial in numbers

The UX is not friendly or intuitive. We were confused at times how to go about the site. Our customer base and speakers are from APAC. I am surprised that we do not have dial in numbers for speakers matured markets like Singapore or India. We are advised to use the US or UK number which has deterred speakers.Support has been helpful and prompt.

Very pleased with system and customer service
