Our events were successful and the team…
Our events were successful and the team at Workcast are fantastic. There were a couple of little things which stopped me giving 5 stars which are not necessarily down to WC, but we have already addressed these and will make our events even better for next time. I would definately recommend Workcast to all.

Poor experience as an attendee on an…
Poor experience as an attendee on an event in March - the entire system seemed to be down - even technical help widget wasn't working! I tried for a while then gave up.

Very easy program to use, virtually an easy step by step process.
What do you like best? It's so easy to navigate through the process. Not an overly complicated program. I'm able to get all my work done within a matter of minutes. What do you dislike? I dislike the log in progress. I can't save my password word in the system. Otherwise I think it's an great program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? WorkCast can deliver webinars at scale…
WorkCast can deliver webinars at scale most others can’t and also allows for fully branded experiences and no downloads or plugins for attendees or presenters increasing registration numbers and attendees

Useless webinar system.
Useless webinar system.Just tried logging into a GDPR webinar and the whole website is down. Even the "Should you have any technical difficulties, please contact the WorkCast help site here." link is broken.

Nimble but steady webcast provider
What do you like best? Workcast provides solid and reliable service and frequently updates and upgrades their system. They are very responsive to input and feedback and have often instituted changes we have recommended. What do you dislike? Workcast gives great results
I've used a few different webinar providers but I have found Workcast gives the best results (more registrations and leads). I think this is because they don't use flash so much so it's easier for attendees to access my events. I've also found the support much better than I've had from most other Web products.
