Quick and effective help

We've been using Workable for over a year now and I never had to contact support until today. I was expecting to wait a long virtual queue as in all the other sites but this time I was first in the line! Eleftheria was kind and replied to my doubts in a very easy to understand manner. I'm impressed and happy to know that in the future, if I have any query about their platform I'll receive such a warm help. Really well done team :)

Much better way to post jobs, streamlines the hiring process

What do you like best? Workable replaced an old process of posting jobs manually on many job boards, etc. It is the home for our job postings, where our careers page links to, and how we get our openings online. Workable makes it easy to get free and paid job postings up in the best locations for them online, and is simple enough that all hiring managers can use it to quickly post, internally submit for edits/changes/referrals, and eventually publicly post their open roles externally. ...

Solid recruiting tool for effectively sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

What do you like best? Allows easy review of resumes and has good work flows for intaking new resumes and assigning to right teams to perform next steps. What do you dislike? Application is not as intuitive as it could be. It works well but sometimes it is hard to track when working with multiple positions at the same time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used to source, interview, and hire new candidates.
