Better plug-ins

What do you like best? I think that the plug-ins for this and using it for a blog is a lot easier and more useful than other sites that I've tried. I've tried a lot of others. I've been with WordPress for quite some time now. What do you dislike? I don't like when they update the themes and it messes up to where I have to change the theme to work for my site. It can throw off the side bars. Recommendations to others considering the product Be sure to research which plugins are best ...

Easiest content management system to use and update

What do you like best? By far the easiest content management system to implement and update I've used since I left hand coding and started to use GUI interfaces to design my website. Love the updating features that don't require a refresh to show that templates or the cms itself has updated it shows you on the spot. Plus all the additional plugins to enhance your site are excellent. What do you dislike? Unfortunately Wordpress seems to be targeted quite a bit for hacking attempts but ...

The platform that makes web management accessible to all

What do you like best? WordPress is extremely easy to use. Our company's web developer installs the plugins, and gives us the design features we need, and from there adding new pages is a breeze. What do you dislike? Sometimes the back-end of the site can be a bit slow, this is due to the massive volumes of media we have on our server. It's not a major drawback however. Recommendations to others considering the product Start with a basic template, and then hire a developer if you're ...

Easy and Stylish Website

What do you like best? I love that WordPress is so easy to use, it's free, and it's stylish. For the free option, there are several attractive and customizable layouts. It makes free users feel good to be using WordPress and it looks professional! What do you dislike? There are so many custom options it can be a bit overwhelming if you are looking to change one specific thing. The site is very user-friendly though and overall I think the amount of options is more positive than ...

Wordpress is a high power tool for beginners and advanced users alike

What do you like best? I use Wordpress for both my personal blog and also at work where it powers a company blog and resource hub. It's simple enough for a beginner user to learn while providing highly customization options and robust features to power large company's websites. What do you dislike? It's hard to tell which plan you need at first--differentiating between a basic blog and website is challenging. While there are many themes and tutorials out there, the learning curve is ...

Very Easy to use and update

What do you like best? I like the ease of use. I'm not a programmer, so having a simple format to use to add and edit content and fields on Word Press makes it very useful. Also, I can preview the changes and edits I've made before publishing them live. What do you dislike? Some of the product fields take getting used to. There are often multiple fields to complete, so you have to change, then preview frequently to see how the edit affects the overall webpage before going live with ...

Nice blog template and easy to use

What do you like best? I started to use wordpress to blog about my products and day. It is simple to use with themes to choose from, widgets to pick and it gets saved on the server. Lots of functions to choose from and the analytics are great to find where my sources are coming from. What do you dislike? For my ecommernce business, I couldn't get a billing and order page working so that's why I turned to shopify. I felt that Wordpress isn't tailor towards that type of business so I ...
