WordPress Review

What do you like best? It is fairly straightforward once you learn the basics. I am not good with technology. It also gives you feedback on your writing. The pages refresh instantly. What do you dislike? Someone else set it up originally for me and then turned it over, so while there are some pages that are easily accessible, I have to look up others differently because some are posts and some pages are listed in another way. Recommendations to others considering the product I did ...

Amazing content management system for quick and easy deployment.

What do you like best? Where to start? I think the number one advantage to using WordPress as your content management system of choice is its absolute ease of use. Deploying a basic website with WordPress is dead simple, and a perfect choice for the one man time and can scale to the largest of companies. However, just because it's easy and simple to use doesn't mean it doesn't have extensibility. There are quite literally thousands of plugins to choose from to extend your website in any ...

Do your website with WP if you have time and motivation enough

What do you like best? It is a cheap way to create a professional looking website, there are a lot of themes and plug-ins that I appreciate. What do you dislike? Maybe for others it is easy to use, but for me it was taking hours to do simple tasks. The menu is very complex and confusing. Although, I proceeded with the web, but lately I decided to give the task to someone else because it took too much time from me and I didn`t feel the motivation anymore. Recommendations to others ...

Easy to Use CMS

What do you like best? WordPress is extremely user friendly, and there are a huge variety of plugins and templates that are free for users. What do you dislike? There are constantly updates - this is a pro and a con at the same time. Recommendations to others considering the product WordPress is very easy to use as long as you have some HTML5 and CSS3 experience - without that, you will still be able to make updates/edits; however, you may become frustrated if you don't know how to ...

Great application to manage a website

What do you like best? I like the fact that you can customize many different functions for your webpage. What do you dislike? The knowledgebase is not great because you can paste in images and just copy and paste from word so that the content remains as seen. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using wordpress for building our learning center for our Website. It benefits us because we are able to control our learning ...

Easy to use for the non-savvy

What do you like best? The ease of use and WYSIWYG ideology. Designs are easy to utilize and install. Plus, I have a mirrored website in Spanish, and converting was a piece of cake. What do you dislike? There are constant updates and bug fixes, which irk me. Also, some "updates" revert the website to its original incarnation, which then requires more effort to get back to the current look and content of the site. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Wordpress in the Sales World

What do you like best? It is very user friendly. I have gone from paying someone to manage my website/blog to creating posts and building my website. I love that I have the ability to make quick changes without going through someone else. What do you dislike? It took me awhile to learn the program. Once I learned the ins and outs I haven't had any problems since. Recommendations to others considering the product Would definitely recommend this product to someone who likes access to ...

Everyone knows WordPress is the best

What do you like best? Wordpress is the #1 content management system around and small to large companies are increasingly becoming aware of how PRODUCTIVE it allows its users to be once their CMS is running. The productivity boost that WordPress provides is immediate satisfaction for almost all users. What do you dislike? I wish that WordPress allowed users to decide which sidebar they want on each page instead of it being universal. What business problems are you solving with the ...

branding and graphics manager

What do you like best? It's super easy to use and maintain. The menu is easy to follow. Everything is extremely easy to understand and navigate. Plugins can be installed right away. What do you dislike? I wish there can be a "trial" for the plugins. For example, instead of installing it directly, you can test it out first before installing and then uninstalling when you don't like the functionality. Recommendations to others considering the product This is an extremely easy to use ...

Easy web sites with diverse design options

What do you like best? I like using Wordpress because it is flexible and easy to navigate. You can easily make adjustments add plugins and edit with minimal hassle. What do you dislike? Plugins can make cross-site changes difficult or multi-stepped. The general theme options are limiting and require use and knowledge to make personalized changes. Recommendations to others considering the product Weebly is also a great product and depending on your site needs may be a better fit. ...
