Using Wordpress

What do you like best? The ability to build a site and delegate to a non-technical (coder user. It is very easy to upload images. What do you dislike? I don't think Wordpress is as intuitive as it could be. I know HTML and CSS and when trying to format some text I wish I could just use plain text because it lacked some user intuition. Modifying the format for the blog shouldn't be that hard, specially for a site that is supposed to make things easier. Recommendations to others ...

Wordpress is like no other

What do you like best? I love the freedom Wordpress.org offers, no restrictive TOS, no risk of having your website or blog removed, just total freedom. What do you dislike? The extreme lack of consumer service from Wordpress is the biggest issue. Relying on other users of Wordpress would be nice but 9 times out of 10, you never get any support answers from users. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure you pick out a great hosting provider instead of a free host. ...

Great experience

What do you like best? I have used Wordpress for multiple businesses at different times and have always been very happy with the results. The user interface is great, is it very flexible and it is very easy to understand even for an amateur coder like me. What do you dislike? Many of the best features were things that I had to buy in addition to the basics. Drag and drop builders would be awesome, like the ones that can be found in other platforms. But really that's a matter of ...

What do you like best? For the most part it is easy to use, and one can put together a basic website within a few minutes, if you know what you want to put in. There are a ton of plugins that you can use to help you with your website, from SEO to forms. I love being able to embed YouTube videos, which really brings life to our website. What do you dislike? Quick and easy intranet web sites for SMBs.

What do you like best? You can create and manage content on your web site with very little knowledge of web development. What do you dislike? If updated, Themes can potentially get overwrite/restored to default . You can combat this by copying the theme and renaming it then using the copy rather than the original. While it offers a text based editor and a visual based editor, the latter is limited. Recommendations to others considering the product Having a basic understanding of ...
