Easy edits, need a little tech know how for set up

What do you like best? I love the visual editor. If you know how to code, you can edit that way but for people like me who aren't web pros, the visual editor makes a huge difference. What do you dislike? It can be tricky to change formatting. I wish it were more of a drag and drop kind of thing, but adding and removing features takes a little more tech experience than I have.
