Relatively user friendly

What do you like best? The editing user face is easy to use and get used to since it resembles some basic Word formatting. What do you dislike? Many preset features are not standard between different platforms. I use Wordpress for two platforms-external website and internal portal- and the preset features are different on both making editing both platforms confusing since some features are available on one editing platform and not the other.
