Needed help in my renewal
Needed help in my renewal. Previously I was allowed a discount and was seeking that again as prices keep going up. Landed up speaking to this amazing person on the chat room. Thought it was maybe a robot but no it was an amazing person who went above and beyond with her time and willingness to help me resolve it...to my liking. Am so happy and relieved she was really one in a million.
