I believe his name was Chad, from Iowa. He was one of the best tech supports I've had in a while with any company. He was extremely patient, and articulate in explaining everything over and over as I struggled understanding what I needed to do. He even sent photos and videos which was extremely helpful.

I've used Wix for quite a few websites over the past 6 years, including my own. It's a great system. Cost effective with lots of features. Excellent customer service. It's easy to actually get in touch with a human being. :-)

I'm was able to build a website with all the features I needed and I'm not the best with technology. This has saved our nonprofit a lot of money and I'll be able to maintain it moving forward. The customer service is great too!

email issues / bouncing back / name provider details
I stumble across a problem with my emails bouncing back for not known reason to me and wix team went above and beyond to help me fix it. I could be more please with the service provided. ?Now I need to wait 24H for details to be updated and hopefully this will be end of an issue I had. thank you wix !
