Great help from Wix Chat.
The automatic help feature didn't solve my problem but a live person did. I prefer to chat with someone about an issue. The lady Freda was amiable and helpful.

customer service was great
customer service was great! A real person helped me when I got stuck and they where super willing to work with me every step of the way!!!! If you use Wix and ever get stuck, know that they can and will help you through it! I'm really really happy I went with Wix!

WIX Provides and Assists!
WIX and their support team, provide for an incredible product and incredible support. As a non-computer geek, I have been able to create two sites, that continue to receive accolades. Seventeen years with WIX, and counting. If I can do this, anyone is capable of doing it.

Isiah was in rare form...
Isiah was a great representative of Wix and he helped me get to the decision I needed to make. I had several questions about the services I needed and he was patient answering all of my questions. He actually gave me options to consider and he let me make the decision. That's a rarity these days. :-)
