AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL ODDS. I tried to cancel a subscription with WIX but it was impossible to find the area to do this on the site. They charged me for an extra year so I'm now paying for a service I'm not even using. The company was completely unsympathetic and I felt treated with contempt.

Great simple website builder for those that don't need custom work

What do you like best? Wix is fast.. You can have a great looking website built in literaly minutes. This is a powerhouse drag and drop builder that truly works great! What do you dislike? My only issue I have had is configuration limits. We sell an advanced product with lots of options and you reach your max pretty quick. It also seems to be tedius to update pricing and info on a large number of options. If you are a typical ecommerce business this wont be a problem im sure. ...

Trying to transfer my domain away from wix customer support is 0, keep giving me instructions to do what have done 3 times then keep going around in circles so frustrating. They obviously will do anything to make it difficult for you to leave and hope customers will give up and stay. Not a good company and services are not easy to use.

set up food company, taking £100'S and they just won't payout, they sit on your money in our case a month and counting 15 hours of calls and 9 emails later still NO response. Seems like a standard practice to earn millions in interest. Shocking experience

If I could rate them a negative five stars I would. Wiz payments closed my account with over $3000.00 left in the account for payout. It is bad enough that you have to request a callback to get anyone on the phone. This company is designed to take your money and make running a business extremely challenging. They have departments that only take calls between 9am-1pm CST which makes no damn sense at all. I made a terrible decision joining wix and will relocating my domain as soon as I can. ...

Wix is Great for Beginners and Intermediate Small Businesses Doing it Themselves

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to add elements to a Wix website, add apps, and just about any form/idea/widget you could come up with is drag and drop, VERY easy to use and preview. What do you like best? Wix give our company all the tools we need to be successful online. Their website editor is very easy to use and look great. Their ticket and call systems help us manage all of our customer interactions in a quick and organized way.
