Greatness at Wix
Wix alone is amazing but when you have an issue and need customer service. You become top priority while being treated with Exceptional, knowledgable and prompt service. Wix customer service is Superlative!!

I had an issue with banner picture
I had an issue, late at night while working and i just couldnt figure it out! Spoke to the Wix bot that identified i needed an expert so I got John on chat, he was incredible, very clear with instructions and gave me (a non tech person) time to figure it out. Excellent service!

Completely honest review of a troubled user
The main reason I wanted to transfer my site in the first place is because my writers had issues with the site that couldn't be resolved, as well as customer service not being able to provide me information needed and solutions for me to do something about said issues. I had the most incredible experience for the first time today and got my site back since the domain was removed. Always helpful
Always helpful! Customer service always figures out the issues I am having which is amazing and I feel listened too which is uncommon with so many customer chats. They seem to be very knowledgeable about most things that arise and when they are not they make sure to escalate issues where necessary. I do appreciate this a lot. Thanks for today Leslie and making sure my site was up and running.

Amazing Customer Service
I've been using Wix for my own sites and for my clients for about 4 years. The product itself is great, intuitive user experience with plenty of creative options, but the best part is the customer service. It's so easy to connect with an expert and resolve tech issues or discover new functionality. The chat box is such a quick way to deal with anything - the expert shows up quickly, asks the right questions and finds the solve. Never been disappointed!

I am not a tech person and get overwhelmed by all the terminology, but my Customer Service Rep (Susan) was amazing, she was patient and pointed out options for me step by step, I can now see how email marketing is going to actually work for me and am excited all over again about getting my business off the ground!
