Ilka was the agent helping me in customer service and that is the person that made ALL OF THE DIFFERENCE! As a business owner I don't have all the time in the world to figure tech things out, and Ilka was very patient, sent me photo snipits of where to find what I needed and waited patiently until I met my goals. I wish I could request this person all the time!!

Great and easy to use software
Great and easy to use software for building websites. I like how much freedom of editing it gives you instead of rigid templates that can't be moved around.

I love how user friendly the entire company makes the web building experience from the tools, the ability to create a page without having to purchase a domain as a temporary solution, with a product that is professional and the customer service is stellar: friendly, efficient something that seems harder to find from companies these days!

Excellent Instructions to redirect my Domain Name…
Anna was excellent in walking me through getting my Google domain linked to my Wix website and providing detailed explanations every step of the way. This is a task that I had been dreading doing because I am not so tech savvy but by sharing my screen with Anna she was able to walk me through easily every screen. I would not have been able to do this on my own! Thanks Anna - you are amazing.

I have been using Wix since 2020
I have been using Wix since 2020 and any time I have had an issue, whether it be with web design, technical problems, or billing issues, the customer service team is always helpful (and patient). As a non-tech person, I designed my site using their templates and my site looks professional.
