Amazing Customer Serivice
I was having a mobile view issue I could not figure out that was a bit more in depth than a bot could help with. I felt frustrated for a few moments, and did have to ask the bot for a human customer service rep, however surprisingly, a live expert was connected via chat (my choice) very quickly. Not only was the rep very polite, but they made me a very in depth video, using my actual site to walk me through how to correct my issue. I am running a couple of websites with them, I love their design options and beautiful layouts. Also, whenever I have any technical question whatsoever, the customer service/technical support has been extremely helpful and professional.

Gift that keeps on giving!
I've been using Wix for over 5 years for web design. It's always been good, but new features and native apps are making it an outstanding web design platform, and definitely the best on the market! Keep up the good work, guys!
