Able to resolve issue over chat with minimal fuss. Customer Service person was knowledgeable or able to find the answers and went extra steps to make sure it was resolved positively.

From NZ to Korea :not a problem for wix.
The service was great. I was developing a website for a person in Korea. I however live in NZ. Ensuring that ownership could be transferred. Ensuring the person could use their computer to access the site from Korea and that I could do the same from NZ was critical. This was achieved.

It is a very user friendly platform…
It is a very user friendly platform with some great customisable templates. So it makes building a website intuitive. If you do get stuck the customer service team has been very supportive.
