Wix has been phenomenal and leading the pack with great customer service and feedback. I have very good experiences even when it's user error. Some companies don't provide customer service without a hassle. I don't patronize them either. But Wix seems to value their customers in this way. Not to mention new advancements are being made regularly.

Great Customer Service
WIX is extremely user friendly and completely customizable and the Customer Service is amazing. I have always been able to get someone to help who is not only knowledgeable, but actually nice and willing to walk me through solutions to achieve my goal. I am really picky and I am impressed.

Best customer service EVER!!
I am not a techy in any way. I needed my site up and running quickly and was in a panic. Kenn was the most patient and kind person and he helped me get everything up and running and my site published and ready to be seen! I can't even tell you the relief I felt.
