excellent & kind service
i dealt with two 'experts' b/c the problem was a little hard to solve. both were kind, patient, polite, helpful and the more specialized expert exceeded all my expectations with her patience and how she made me feel safe and guided me through the steps to fix my pb + now, i know how to do it alone. then she suggested me an app that will help my blog. thank you J & A!

Help is a Click Away!
Help is a Click Away! I'm a complete novice and intimidated by developing a website. Generally, Wix is intuitive but also provides clear assistance when I need it. Mostly, I have now used the Chat mode and received immediate guidance that helped me jump a few hurdles I could not have done on my own. I'm sold on Wix!
