Due to previous negative experiences…
Due to previous negative experiences with other companies, I was very skeptical that Wix's live chat box would be able to help me with my issue. My website was offline and I was very distressed. Erwin was very patient. I'm not that great with computers. But he took me through every step. He helped to resolve my website problem. Now I'm back online. And I'm very grateful.
