The customer service representative named Rena was very patient. I had many questions about my 2 domains. Rena took her time and answered all of my questions. I even asked for a refund for a late fee. she directed my request to the correct department. I was very satisfied with her assistance today.

Checkout issue resolved quickly
We've had the website for a while and everything has been fine but we are now adding events to the site. We were having a problem with checkout when buying tickets on mobile phones, it was fine on other devices. I contacted customer services and, although it took a few minutes to find out the issue, they offered a solution and got everything up and running.

Robust site with friendly help
I love the ease of WIX on the development side of the site and their customer care is fantastic as well. it takes a little bit to be able to chat with someone directly but the system makes sense in order to provide help where possible through their forums and guides before resorting to a person jumping in.
