Recieved the help I needed
I am in the process of building a website for a club I belong to. The fact that it has been some 35 years since I built a site doesn't help the fact at all. But, I was in the process of building a site using the Wix Editor. When I could not find the Wix Editor to resume my work I panicked. I'm technologically challenged but Wix is so easy to use
I'm no spring chicken and navigating technology often eludes me. However, Wix's website design platform is very easy to use. Their customer service representatives are responsive and incredibly helpful. I've been so pleased with my Wix experience so far, and I would highly recommend using their services.

Amazing customer support!
I had an amazing customer support from Clarence. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and was super patient with me. He even asked if there was anything else I needed help with before he let me go. He said he had the time if I had the time. So we went over a few more things for my website set up. Its hard to get someone now a days with the patience that he had. Very very pleased with the help he provided.
