What do you like best? You can track how much of a video is watched, or rewatched. I also like that you can order subtitles for videos and they come in the correct format. Selecting a screenshot for the preview is very simple. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We like that we can share videos with customers without all the advertising and recommended videos that come with YouTube. Some of the customizations (like end screens, CTAs, playlists) seem a little more high end. Customized branding. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Integrated Closed Captioning options are really good, any issues with the product are handled quickly and professional by their customer service team! What do you dislike? The Search function is occasionally wonky, and won't show an item even though the title of the item should cause it to show up. What problems are you solving with the product?
