Impeccable technology and service - wonderful neighbors!

What do you like best? Wistia has been and continues to be a wonderful channel for all of our videos. We have many online webinars that then replay. Also the folks at Wistia are so responsive and well - neighborly! We are both in the Cambridge MA area so I scheduled a visit with them. I know why they are so good at what they do. What do you like best? Wistia is very easy to use and does everything we require for our video hosting. What do you dislike? There are some things we'd like to see in future updates. Settings for sharing folders or subfolders, user features. Also, the pricing has gone up and the structure has changed over the last few years that it's become more expensive.
