What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? Quick updates and ease of use. Software is very simple to understand and all features are updated as needed. What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP? I cannot say there is much I dislike, ADP does a good job of providing the information i need. What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you? Showing all payment and tax information efficiently.

"Decent alternative option for paying your Employees"

What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? Wisely gives another option for employees who don't have a savings or checking account, and instead they are given a debit card which their pay gets automatically added to. It's a good concept and easy for them to use to get quicker access to their money. What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP? The customer service team is extremely lacking. What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? Nothing! they are horrible! Customer service is deplorable. Very unethical practices. What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP? They have the worst customer service. The cards don't work or are not accepted at a lot of places and the customer service is HORRIBLE! What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? The card works fine, and it is relatively easy to onboard employees manually, or through self-service. It is a decent option for employees who do not have a traditional means of direct deposit. What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP? Their customer service is lacking, and their delivery times are really slow. If you lose your card, it could take up to 15 days until you receive a new one.
