I'm the Education Chair for an 800 member recreational camera club in a retirement community. We offer a multitude of events, classes, and trips. Wild Apricot provides an interface that allows members to sign up for classes, pay for trips, and provides communication between instructors and participants.

I find it a flexible platform with which to work. I'm a novice a web design and use this for our club website. After being trained in it, I am comfortable going in to the Admin view and doing what I need to do. I also have a more experienced person in our club to help me. I've also found the help resources very useful.

Great software for a nonprofit ski club!

We are a 1500 member nonprofit sports club, and we converted to Wild Apricot (WA) in June of 2016. Since we stood up the new website, new member enrollment has greatly increased. We offer 15+ ski flight trips and vacations yearly, with trip prices of $2000 or more, so integrating payment processing into our website was a primary goal. Wild Apricot is GOLDEN

Wild Apricot is GOLDEN! I have tried other systems for my events and Wild Apricot is superior, second to none. The flyers come out nice and sharp and our clients find the registration process very easy. Wild Apricot has recently updated the software, so I am planning on getting with one of their awesome Apricot reps in the near future to help me become an expert at using all of their features.

the fact that everyone can work on the same membership database, group coordinators, membership officers, treasurer, makes life so much easier for everyone. And it has cut back on the workload of our volunteers.Creating the webpages takes some getting used to WA's functionality, just because some buttons are in a different place. Uploading an existing member database to get started was straightforward.Events cannot be imported, so it is a new start when the site goes live on WA. The ...

Terriffic software that gives us…

Terriffic software that gives us mult-function capability so beneficial to our Veterans website: Membership database; Donations; Event Management; Mass email capability, etc.

Highly recommended

Relatively easy to implement. Almost self-maintaining.Easily adaptable to the changing needs of our membership, and willing to make changes and add features we need.All-in-all, a life saver for us when we implemented it, and an ongoing partner to us since.

I have used Wild Apricot for about 10 years now. I was able to develop a website for our organization, and I have no formal website training. I was able to speak to the technicians whenever I needed help, and they were always helpful, and still are.
