What do you like best? The best parts about Widen Collective are how easy it is to give employees access—all they need is internet connection and a login. It is pretty easy to use and is great to have all assets in one place. My favorite part is how you can narrow down search criteria by checking different filters based on what you're looking for (ex: model image, collateral, collection, etc). What do you dislike? What do you like best? Basically everything. From uploading to downloading to sharing assets, Widen keeps the Jeni's Art + Design team super organized. The customer service is also pretty darn awesome. What do you dislike? I really don't have any dislikes at this time. I'm pretty pleased. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing photography and design assets internally and externally. In some ways, we use it as a server.

What do you like best? Everything is in one place and easy for multiple team members to access What do you dislike? would be great it if we easier to select multiple images to download. the check boxes are very small. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? easy of transition from one team member to the next. faster production.

Simple, effective and fast.

What do you like best? The user-friendly way Portals work on the client-facing side. What do you dislike? The process to make a collection global seems tedious. Having to rename files before uploading so they don't conflict with files of the same name. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to quickly upload and share work and assets with our clients easily and effectively.

Design

What do you like best? I like the wide range of features on the platform and the usability experience has been relatively seamless. What do you dislike? I wish that there was a way to unhide a version easily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving organization, versioning and archiving.

Best DAM I've used

What do you like best? Really enjoy the categorisation and search functions. Very minimal learning required and was able to ease into the platform without much assistance. Navigating categories, search, uploading, downloading and sharing functions are all great. What do you dislike? Will be good to be able to bulk upload to a cloud platform. Currently only 1 asset at a time can be sent to cloud storage. Finding the upload to cloud functionality also seems to be a bit hidden away and ...

Awesome Service

What do you like best? I like that all of our assets are searchable and easy to find. What do you dislike? Nothing! I think for my purposes it's a great system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've found that I'm able to find a good variety of content and it's updated frequently.

It is fast and stable and smooth

What do you like best? The login time can be longer. No need to re-login everytime. New in-basket good performance. What do you dislike? Need to re-login after 15 mins. It is good if there is no need to re-login after 15 mins. It is troublesome for keep re-login many times in a day. Not stable during 12noon HK time. Widen saves me so much time when searching for our digital assets

What do you like best? Widen is great for storing all your digital assets. It helps categorize them and make them very easy to find. Sharing is also extremely easy. Widen also allows you to use cloud links within Marketo and anywhere really. It is also highly customizable and a vital tool when working on large teams. What do you dislike?
