What do you like best? What I like best is the ease of use. We were initially looking for a software based DAM that was simple to use, and Widen was the answer. What do you like best? I think the best thing for me as a designer is that clients can access the collective and source their own images. I used to waste HOURS sourcing images for internal clients. What do you like best? The interface is highly intuitive both for users and for admins. For a new user, registering, doing the first search and making a download is second nature. I've never had to train anyone in the basics of the program. As an admin, updating the metadata and permissions structures is easy and works as expected. What do you like best? The Widen DAM site has given us the opportunity to share thousands of images with ALL of our retailers. We started the DAM site as just an internal visual photo database with hopes of everyone being able to access the images.
