What do you like best? Whenever I talk about Widen, I always talk about the customer support team. Whenever I have a question or issue, my Customer Experience Manager is quick to respond and is always able to find an answer or offer a solution. Widen Media Collective is easy to use

What do you like best? I like that it's easy to organize assets and add specific details about those assets. I also think it's nice to be able to use filters while searching for assets. What do you like best? The interface allows for our employees to easily access hundreds of documents. Search feature, folders, metadata tags and more give our users the ability to find things faster than before. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The Widen interface is very user friendly and intuitive. I was able to onboard our team with minimal hand holding. Since introducing the platform 6 months ago, our users have really owned their accounts. What do you like best? It is very easy to use. From someone, not in the Library Sciences field, Widen makes Digital Asset Management an achievable solution.
