What do you like best? What I like the best about our DAM is its stability. I can usually rely on it. I guess most of the time, I don't mind using it and is definitely future proof, although that's not necessarily the most important aspect when looking for such a service. Great support, comprehensive system

What do you like best? The most helpful part of Widen is the support team. Widen staff members have been very thorough and patient during our onboarding sessions. What do you dislike? Although I couldn't pinpoint a specific feature I disliked, I hope the UX of the software is more user-friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a central location for all key visual assets combined with detailed metadata, which Widen is providing.

What do you like best? We have been using Widen for our digital asset management system for 4 years. They continue to add more bells and whistles to make things easier to manage and use.
