Widen Collective, DAM not workflow
What do you like best? That all of our imagery is located in one spot and that cross functional teams have access to it. What do you dislike? It can be slow and glitchy. The DAM works well, although it can be hard to search. Workflow leaves some areas to be desired. Good Artwork management program
What do you like best? It easy to use and search information. Very functional software!!!!! What do you dislike? Self-explanatory interface
What do you like best? The upload feature of Widen is easy to use and intuitive. What do you dislike? Widen has a kind of outdated appearance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Widen to store and catalog pieces of content that my team creates. It has worked well for us in that function, and provides easy search-ability.

Great usage for our global partners
What do you like best? The upload process is very easy. Drag/Drop makes things quick. Also, able to search (as long as others utilize the metadata. What do you dislike? You can not search for portals. We utilize those alot. Its also not easy to find what collections images are in or able to send a short url for them. You have to "edit" before you can find a url. Most people copy/paste, what they think is a link to the collection but it ends up being ....../contents. then nothing comes up. ...

Extremely helpful in managing and organizing assets
What do you like best? I really like creating portals for various projects and customizing them to the needs of our users. What do you dislike? I feel that the upload / batch editing process could be more streamlined. Just being able to shift + click to select multiple assets in the recent uploads section would be great. What do you like best? easy to navigate.....does need more historical content added to be more resourceful to me. What do you dislike? search titles/adjectives can be confusing or missing. Widen is amasin.
What do you like best? I love being able to search for images quickly and have them be categorized and dated. It's the best image library I've ever used. What do you dislike? The downside is that you can't bulk categorize as easy as you should be able to. Also there was a bug that we discovered this week where our categories wouldn't save. Happy archiver
What do you like best? Uploads are quick, searching is intuitive, exports and downloads are clean and useful. What do you dislike? I wish there was a preview thumbnail of InDesign files! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Widen has allowed our team to have better access to files, especially when off of the company server. Being able to quickly sort, collect, and download has made us more efficient, effective and overall better organized.

Changed our organization for the better!
What do you like best? Ease of use - to build and to search and share assets. What do you dislike? Not being able to un-archive assets. It would be nice to not have to delete and re-upload an asset if it gets accidentally archived. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
