What do you like best? It guarantees an effective organization of your assets, to have a unique location and thus be able to streamline work management. It allows sending images and documents from external clients in a very easy way. Widen is a responsive and powerful DAM with bonus features and very attentive customer service

What do you like best? Assets are served up quickly around the world and it is a very stable platform. When technical issues do arise, the Widen team is very communicative about their progress in solving the issue. I like the dedicated customer rep, as well as access to new features roadmaps, and feedback through their Trello boards. What do you like best? All assets are available on Widen and every marketing member can see it. It means they themselves explorer assets to find what they need. It reduces our time to suggest what asset they need. What do you dislike? Bulk change is not easy to use. I sometimes work as admin to filter assets and find something wrong.
