Great product, great service

What do you like best? Widen customer service is second to none What do you dislike? There are a few details I wish were customizable, especially in the upload process but I know they are always working on improvements and listening to their customers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basic DAM functionality at this point.

A Very Useful Platform For Digital Assets

What do you like best? The interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. I can also get all the digital assets that I need to use in different format types, which is extremely useful. What do you dislike? The only downside I have noticed is that sometimes there is a lag when refreshing or clicking to download an asset. Sometimes it doesn't load at all. Easy to navigate repository for images and videos

What do you like best? The DAM is easy to use. As a product manager, I can simply search for a product in our portfolio it will return all of the related images. What do you dislike? I recently learned that some of our images 'expired' and automatically were removed from the site. The person responsible for uploading them had assumed that because the products were obsolete, we wouldn't need images. (Not the case, and our fault internally.) What do you like best? I like that it is user-friendly for the most part when it comes to usability and logging in. What do you dislike? sometimes searching things is a little difficult, like things come up that I did not search for. That may have something to do with the tags that has been created for uploaded items. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? benefits of having team members be able to have access to digital assets in one place.

using DAM has improved workflow drastically

What do you like best? DAM powered by Widen has made organizing and searching for art files super easy What do you dislike? when uploading files with same file name, it creates a "conflict" and doesn't release the file and DAM doesn't warn us when this is happening What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? finding files faster and upload art assets for others to see and download has been a huge improvement

Very Useful

What do you like best? Assets are easy to upload, update, and then view. The new upload features and ability to use an excel spreadsheet to upload metadata is a game changer. What do you dislike? Some of the metadata options can be finnicky, particularly if you want to update an existing description. The new features do make it easier though to batch update. What do you like best? The interface is easy to use, and effective at keeping our workflow organized, especially the large volume of images and pages we have going through the system. What do you dislike? The frequency with which it times out is annoying some days - usually we only have to sign in once, but several times we've had to refresh and sign back in multiple times in an 8 hour span. Easy photo asset management tool

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to upload, categorize and assign metadata to photo files. What do you dislike? Sometimes it breaks. But what technology doesn't go down from time to time!? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm hoping to gain more insight into which assets are being used and from there, align our future photography to those types of photos.

Widen media is easy to use

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It allows me to easily organize assets and to add details to the assets. I personally use filters when searching for them. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Widen Collective is easy to use solution it has easy set up and you can easily make changes. We have integrated with Box and it works fantastic.
