Terrific and Flexible Video Chat Option
What do you like best? I am a big fan of this website. It is very easy to use, and does not need the attendees to have any downloads or accounts to access, which is really great. Pricing is good as well, although I would want a higher seat limit for the paid account. Other than that, no complaints at all. What do you dislike? As mentioned, I would want a higher seat count available for more than 12 attendees. Other than that, everything is good. Recommendations to others ...

This is my go-to meeting tool, especially with close teams and even family
What do you like best? Pick a word! Instead of bulky downloads or cryptic meeting codes, you just need a word and a link -- and you can have an un-spyed-upon peer-to-peer conference space, with your own graphics. What do you dislike? It doesn't seem to work with Macs, so I'm always having to check if someone is a Mac user before a meeting. I haven't paid for the recording feature yet, which is part of other subscriptions I use without additional cost. Recommendations to others ...

Simple, powerful, my favorite conference tool. Only missing phone.
What do you like best? I don't need to install any software locally. Simply type a URL and your camera launches, as does mine. Very convenient and simple. Makes it simple to hold a meeting. What do you dislike? No option for phone dial-in. This has caused a problem in several meetings. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you don't need a dial-in number, this tool is one of the best on the market. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

New Market Start-up Stands Up for Appear.in
What do you like best? First, user care has been excellent. Have had 1 : 1 with pro-support that have boosted my confidence in feeling like I have a team. The added record session feature was something I asked for and I'm pleased to see it added. Appear.in has given me a year's subscription for which I'm extremely grateful! What do you dislike? 1) A feature that allowed me to share videos with participants through clicking on "watch together" was discontinued. 2) my Appear.in use is ...

Appear in review
What do you like best? It's easy to send link to many people and easy to navigate the website/app, and they have multiple ways to access the app via computer or phone What do you dislike? Its for multiple staff to know if other people have finished their appear-in call. So theres no way of us knowing if the call is finished or not. Also sometimes international calls, the mic sound is not too good What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Video Platform made it easy
What do you like best? The best part for me is how easy it's to have my clients to connect to the service. They do not need to download any software and the quality is great! What do you dislike? some connection issues sometimes. Not often Recommendations to others considering the product: Just try it. It's well worth it What problems are you solving with the product? Very lightweight, alleviates issues of event conflict on most other conferencing platforms.
What do you like best? Very nice to have ten room URLs so that the team can all be sure to host meetings when they need to. Zoom would require ten licenses, but we don’t need ten concurrent rooms, just easier to manage access. Quality is solid, works best in Chrome. What do you dislike? Phone access would be nice, but not complaining at this price point. Some browsers have more difficulty than others, but I know this is a perpetual issue with all browser tech. What problems are ...

The best turn-key online conferencing solution out there
What do you like best? I love that there is nothing to install and it's all browser-based. It makes the barrier to entry really low for guest or infrequent users. What do you dislike? I do wish there were a few more features that were available at lower-tier plans, including recording and a phone number to call into the room as well for folks that experience technical difficulties. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try using the system with test users and ...
