What do you like best? AppearIn is lightning fast for me to quickly do a screenshare with one of my clients, it has saved me hours of frustration of trying to do phone calls where I can't see what they are doing on their screen to figure out how to help them!! What do you dislike? Wish that the share screen function worked in all web-browsers, rather than just Chrome. Viewing works everywhere, just sharing is only supported in Chrome (unless I am wrong and it has changed recently) ...

Whereby is great!

What do you like best? Fantastic program! We use it for video conferences, interviews, etc. The clarity and crispness of the video far surpasses google hangout, zoom, etc. What do you dislike? Very little. Sometimes the login doesn't work and we have to re-log in from a different browser. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it multiple times per week. We do video itnerviews, board meetings, etc.

Seamless Experience

What do you like best? Using Whereby has always been a seamless experience for me. It just works. No installing any extra software. Every time I need to use Zoom or WebEx, there are always audio or video issues. Whereby is just smooth. What do you dislike? I have not come across a downside as of yet. What do you like best? The best thing about Whereby is the tiling feature of their video conferencing. We have had up to 12 people in a room at once and you can see every single person. What do you like best? We love that our stakeholders can just pop into a room on their phone or laptops without a lot of fuss. We love the personalized rooms, the fact that we can share docs, and kick people out and give a special personal name to our rooms. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We enjoy the ease of use for our clients who may not be tech-familiar. All it takes is installing a extension on Chrome. Many clients already use that browser so it's easy for them to install that. It beats everything else on the market when it comes to setting it up. What do you dislike? What do you like best? by far the simplest way to set up a video chat. The app makes it super easy. I like having a room name with my logo and branding - it adds a level of professionalism to my video lessons and video meetings. What do you dislike? I used to have an issue with safari.. seems to be rectified. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try the pro version.. What do you like best? Easy to use and does not require a download. Works for screensharing and voice calls. The whole team loves it. What do you dislike? I don't really have any downsides to using whereby / appearin. Maybe if we could view the screenshare on a setting between full screen and the default?
