Simple and intuitive

Whereby is NOT your average video platform... (Zoom into a different kind of video Meet!)

What do you like best? First off, Whereby doesn't work like some other video conferencing platforms we've tried. It's the digital equivalent of a conference room. You can setup a specific URL for a room (whereby.com/company) and folks can just drop by. It makes it really easy to have spur of the moment meetings without even having to send an invite. What do you like best? Whereby is a light and fast way to do meetings and conferences. Just click on the link and meet! What do you dislike? When they were appear.in, there were some issues with freezing screens, but now they improved the platform and this problem seems past now. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? One of the things that struck my clients when they showed up to their first meeting using Whereby was that I had customized both the login screen and the background to their company. When everything fails - Solution is Whereby!

What do you like best? Simply just works - No plugins needed, quality and features are great. We use this alot for our sales people and often use the Youtube share film feature. No lag, it works! What do you like best? I love the simplicity of Whereby. Its browser access with no download or sign-up gives an easy to troubleshoot experience. I can also make branded video rooms available to my supported clients. I like that is still evolving. What do you dislike? Easy to use with lot of possibilities

What do you like best? When using Whereby for web meetings, one does not have to worry about technical difficulties or that participants do not know how to enter the meeting. The organizer only needs to send a web link. When participants click the link, they are automatically sent to the electronic meeting room - fast and straightforward. Easy peasy to join a meeting

What do you like best? Even though there are some people that are not familiarized with technologies, the pandemic brought the need to make virtual meetings. So, inviting people to join the video meeting with no need to register, made the virtual interaction painless. You just need to share you customized link and people just enter the chat room!
