Use this for every client call!

What do you like best? It's so easy to use, no software needs to be downloaded, it's a simple URL, and it's visually pleasing. What do you dislike? Capacity is limited and too expensive to upgrade for the higher capacities. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend! It's been a great way to connect virtually with clients and small groups without much fuss or set-up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Best team meeting SW

What do you like best? Extremely simple, no installations, immediate login What do you dislike? Only four people can meet in the free plan. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try! It is really helpful What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? At my company we use Whereby for our daily meetings. Since COVID we have to work from home, so we meet three times a day. In every meeting we discuss workload, ...

Awesome, simple tool for easy video calls.

What do you like best? You just start a video call by sending a link. Gone are the days of 'what's your Skype ID?'... What do you dislike? There could be most host controls, but I understand that the team are working on that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used to have to faff around with Skype, Zoom, or all manner of other tools. Now I just send a link. It's a huge improvement.

Video chatting just using the browser

What do you like best? For most other video chats an extra software has to be installed on your device. Whereby simply works in your browser and does not require extra software. The use is also very intuitive, because the icons are easy to understand. Also Whereby is European and compliant with GDPR. What do you dislike? There are some problems with the Safary browser still. Also I'm missing a German version, which would make it even easier for my German speaking customers. ...

The best online meeting experience

What do you like best? Whereby allows you to have a fixed link for all of your meetings, different from other providers in which you have to create a specific link for each meeting. It also does not require you to download and use an app in the computer and works very well with all the browsers I use. It is much easier to tell your colleages "let´s go to my room", which everyone already has the link for, rather than having to create something specific and sending it to all the emails of ...

Fast and simple to implement and secure

What do you like best? I love how quickly and simply we were able to setup rooms, add members and apply room controls as well as apply branding. Being able to prevent unauthorised access to rooms was vital, so being able to set this up was a prime reason for implementing Whereby. What do you dislike? Not being able to edit room controls without joining the room is about the only issue we have with Whereby. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need to ...

A natural video experience for team connection

What do you like best? Of all the video tech I've used in the last few months, Whereby feels far and away the most natural to interact in. It might seem subtle, but the level of personal connection I get compared to other tools is noticeably stronger, which really matters when you're fully remote. Overall it's a smooth, clean experience with "just enough" features. It's my absolute go-to for one-to-one and small-group meetings to get a natural feel. What do you dislike? It's great ...

Does the job well

What do you like best? It is probably the easiest video conference/group calling tool. You just send out a link, and all of a sudden, everybody is in the call, sharing video or voice. No need for the install, and to mess around with firewall settings. The mobile client has an option to join voice only, saving data and bandwidth while traveling by car or commuting. You can create multiple rooms, support is responsive. It got better significantly in the last 12-18 months. The product is ...
