User-friendly and Reliable Tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the ability to color code schedules. Aside from turning the simple schedules into visually appealing forms, employees are able to identify their names as well as their assigned shifts easily. Creating schedules as well as putting in employees’ time off requests are also fairly easy. The system will also keep you updated of anything that’s happening in the schedules. Exceptionally user-friendly

Because of its group function, I have the option of looking only at the schedules of the employees I manage, without having to sift through dozens and dozens of other names. An Imperfect, but Useful Scheduling Tool

What do you like best? My favorite aspect of When to Work is the ease of use. It is very logical how to do each thing through both the online website and the app. As a manager and scheduler, I like that I can save templates of schedules that I repeatedly make and that I can autofill those shifts without much thought.
